Puding Roti Jagung

Bersempena kedatangan hari raya nanti kawe nak berkongsi idea dengan blogwalker sekalian. Mana tahu ada kegunaannya nanti

Bahan-Bahan

4 keping roti
2 sudu kecil mentega
2 sudu kecil tepung jagung
1 tin jagung berkrim
nanas dalam tin
5 sudu besar gula
2 cawan susu cair
1 biji telur
1 helai daun pandan

Cara Cara
• Campurkan gula dan tepung jagung di dalam sebuah mangkuk lalu masukkan susu cair. Gaul rata.
• Pecahkan telur dan ratakan lagi. Masukkan daun pandan.
• Sapukan mentega dengan rata ke atas acuan untuk membakar.
• Letakkan roti di atas acuan dan siramkan campuran susu cair ke atasnya.
• Kemudian sapukan jagung berkrim di atasnya. Lapiskan lagi roti.
• Ulang melapiskan roti dengan campuran susu cair dan jagung berkrim sehingga habis.
• Aturkan nanas di atasnya.
• Bakar di dalam ketuhar gelombang mikro selama 4-6 minit pada suhu sederhana.
